We are well-trained, fully insured mechanics both at our facilities and on the road throughout Southern California. Our mechanics meet all EPA requirements for the proper documentation and disposal of hazardous materials. We maintain over a million dollar replacement parts inventory, servicing all brands of material handling equipment. We have developed each of the following four programs keeping in mind that we have to provide services and programs that meet your needs within your budget.

Fleet Maintenance
Fleet Maintenance is available for those customers with five or more lift trucks. In recognition of the economics of carrying multiple trucks under a single agreement, all the benefits of Contract Maintenance are included. All work is performed at a fixed hourly rate and a quarterly report is provided calculating parts and labor costs, operating hours and cost per hour. Fleet Management services are available at a slight additional charge.

Planned Maintenance
More than an oil change and lubrication, Planned Maintenance is a scheduled inspection and adjustment of all the operating systems on a lift truck. Customers retain a copy of the work order and additional service needs are planned in advance.

Full Maintenance
This is a one-price program covering both equipment and full service. We recommend the fun maintenance program for the customer that desires to move fork lift maintenance from the variable expense column to the Fixed expense column. Under this program we do it all and manage the cost.

Contract Maintenance
Another kind of service may be possible on a Fixed-price basis. Contract Maintenance will depend on an application survey and analysis of maintenance needs. Once established this agreement covers everything from planned maintenance to routine and emergency service, for the designated term. Tires and abuse are excluded. Replacement equipment is available in the unlikely event a repair cannot be made immediately.
